How it all started
The development of PANMOL®
Founded by nutrient pioneer, visionary, and pharmacist Norbert Fuchs in the early 1980s, the vis vitalis gmbh has developed into the centre for nutritional medicine expertise in Austria. Growing up surrounded by greenery in Salzburg’s Lungau region and with a wealth of knowledge from his studies in pharmacy, Norbert Fuchs realized the synergies between humans and plants early on. Through the development of PANMOL® raw materials, he has succeeded in turning his vision into reality: plant-based nutrients as an alternative to artificial laboratory vitamins.

… for successful realization. The success and effectiveness of PANMOL® plant-based raw materials are based on the co-operation of people from a wide range of specialist areas, with a wide range of experience – and the same goal in mind.
Convinced of the health benefits and added value of plant-based nutrients, the PANMOL® team has set itself the task of developing new plant-based raw materials, optimizing and strengthening existing ones and making them accessible to as many people as possible.

The location of the vis vitalis gmbh, in the heart of the Lungau Biosphere Park in Salzburg, reflects our values: appreciating the interplay of ecosystem and people, learning from each other, strengthening each other, living together, pursuing common goals, striving for well-being and healthy ageing – always in harmony with nature and with a clear commitment to sustainability.
In addition to the development and production of plant-based PANMOL® raw materials, vis vitalis gmbh is also a contract manufacturer and part of the NUTROPIA Group. Almost 100 employees research, develop and produce customized nutritional supplements in capsule, powder or liquid form on a daily basis – tailored to the personal needs of numerous customers.
